Arriving 5 minutes before you're appointment to fill out any required forms for your treatment and to register as a client. Arriving late may mean that we have to cancel or shorten your treatment to keep other clients bookings following your treatment.
Health Concerns
Some treatments are not suitable for certain medical conditions or during pregnancy. Please raise any concerns at the time of booking. We ask all clients to fill out a quick questionnaire on arrival to ensure treatments are suitable.

Special Offers
Discounts from any media type, unless otherwise stated within the offer cannot be used against any courses, packages, special day rates or reduced to sale items that Salon XS offer as these are already heavily discounted.
Booking Policy
All new clients are required to pay a £5 deposit when booking their first appointment. After this no deposit is required although we do operate a policy where once a client has missed or not given enough notice three times within any 12 month period they will be asked to pay for their treatments in advance at the time of booking for their next appointment.
